Abstract
Stature is the term which represents the quantifiable measure of height which varies widely among the racial group with an equitable normal distribution. Among the various patient encountered by the clinical practitioners, The case of short stature is relatively few; clinicians must be able to distinguish pathologic short stature due to various causes. There are empirically infinite different causes of short stature, and the clinical evaluation of short stature requires an extensive variety of clinical diagnosis, radiographs, pathologic and biochemical assays. Even though definite management to promote growth is offered only in individuals with the endocrine disorders, the acquired nutritional, emotional and chronic disease states, diagnosis of the specific form of short stature might illustrate great significance in being able to prevent complications and this manuscript discusses about the clinical scenario provisionally diagnosed to be achondroplasia.
Key words: short stature, growth, achondroplasia, proportionate , disproportionate.

Let It Out For Hide Out
Authors: Dr. Joyson Moses, R. Priyanka
AbstractAim and objectives: The aim of the study is to develop safe dental practice among the public especially the pediatric patients. Material and Methods: Hide out basically works like a nose hat which is held with the string, with all the wave choice vibes, glitters and cartoons over it.Results: The ultimate aim behind this is to hide the visibility of the kid during dental procedures. Conclusion: Thus by hiding the visibility of dental procedures and distracting the kids from sensitive procedure can avoid unnecessary injuries to patients as well as the dentist and decrease in the rate of panic attack to the patient. Thus the procedure is patient friendly. Keywords; safe dental practice, nose hat, hiding the visibility, distracting, unnecessary injuries, decreased panic attacks.

Detection of Paddy Leaf Disease using Deep learning and it’s Treatment
Authors: Dr. K. G. Revathi,Chinna Durai M, Dhinesh Babu A, Someshwaran S
Abstract
The Smart farming system using necessary infrastructure is an innovative technology that helps to improve the quality and quantity of agricultural production in the country. paddy leaf disease has long been one of the major threats to field security because it dramatically reduces crop yield and compromises its quality. Accurate and precise diagnosis of diseases has been a significant challenge and recent advances in computer vision made possible by deep learning have proved the way for camera-assisted disease diagnosis for paddy leaf. It described the innovative solution that provides efficient disease detection and deep learning with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) that has achieved great success in the classification of various paddy leaf diseases. A variety of neuron-wise and layer-wise visualization methods were applied using a CNN, trained with a publicly available paddy leaf disease given image dataset. So, it was observed that neural networks can capture the colors and textures of lesions specific to respective diseases upon diagnosis, which resembles human decision-making.
